Summing up the 2nd Online Layer Academy for Asia-Pacific and Latin America
Cuxhaven, 20.05.2021 – Layer knowledge for professionals by home delivery service continues to be a recipe for success: The 2nd Online Layer Academy for Asia-Pacific and Latin America saw 403 attendees from over 25 countries altogether over the course of two days. “We claim to be the most customer centered company, so several novelties made both days unique”, says Xabier Arbe, Business Unit Manager. H&N’s customers had defined the agenda by their topics of interest upfront, and they could also join the events the way they wanted and freely invite further people of their own to them. For Latin America the entire Academy was held in Spanish for the first time. To keep the core element of personal events, interaction between attendees and speakers played the key role: Polls and the opportunity to phrase live-questions during the entire event-time enabled a real bi-directional exchange. “We are really very happy about the lively interaction and the many questions we got”, says Xabier Arbe, Business Unit Manager at H&N International. Along with answers to every question each presentation will be made available in the H&N International Website-Campus. “We all keep looking forward to meeting people in person again. At the same time, we will combine personal and online offers wisely to enable even more people to get in touch and have their choice to do so in the way they find best suited”.
